Dear Prudence, won’t you come out to play
Dear Prudence, greet the brand new day
The sun is up, the sky is blue
It’s beautiful and so are you
Dear Prudence won’t you come out and play…

When I was very young, one night I was listening to the radio
and I heard a song called “Dear Prudence
by a group called The Beatles. I was 17 then I think. The song
really had some magical thing about it; I fell in love with the
song forever, now after all these years, still when I listen to
that song The Beatles never forget to take me on a joyride with
them…it simply makes me feel very good.

The Beatles will always be timeless because of the fact that
they talk about things that we can still relate to after all these
years, because of the fact that they were honest to what they
said, because of the fact that they were sincere, because of the
simplicity of the lyrics and the music. They take you out of the
madness of the crazy world of today in to a world of fantasy and
imagination through their music.

Try listening to them in a quiet hour of the day, and let me
know sometime whether “Strawberry fields forever
reminded you of your lost childhood, whether “All
you need is love
” tells you that “love is
all and love is everyone” and makes you forget your fight
with your close friend that was taking you away from him. Let
me know whether “In my life” gives
you a sense of destiny, whether with “Long and winding
road
” you relate your search for acceptance. I’ve
met people finding a deep philosophy of the universe and feeling
good with “Across the universe”,
I’ve met people getting over the feeling of their lost love
with “I’ll follow the sun”…and
the list goes unending. Imagine waking up one morning with the
great sounds of George singing “Here comes the sun
or look in to the future and sing to your loved one the great
When I’m 64”…a song
so simple and honest.

They have left us with so much, 7 years of hard work and love
from 4 great guys from Liverpool who changed the world music forever.
The Internet already has enough resources about The Beatles. This
page is dedicated to them, just my way of saying “I love
them”.
